How important is body language ?

non verbal communication represents 70% of the communication. This data tells us how important it really is, we express emotions and our state of mind by body movement and micro expressions, and every word is followed by some movement of the body, so its important to know how to control our body movement and try to make first impression be the best one :D

in the future posts I will explain to you some basics trick for the best first impression and trick for good job interview :D stay with  me :D

First signs on Lying !!!

It is awesome to know when somebody is lying to you when talking, you learned in previous posts how to spot fake smile, and this is tutorial how to spot fake sentences :D

when you ask someone something very private and he lies color of his face will change to red or he will show, unconsciously, some signs of lying with his body language or micro expressions

First of all you must be aware of body motion while talking whit somebody, because if you are not trying to find something out of order in body language you will not find it, so be patient and wait.

-scratching the nose

when people lie they tend to scratch their nose  very often and for that there is biological explanation.
in the time of lying the level of adrenalin in the body increases and adrenalin influence on the blood flow. Therefore blood flow on the tip of the nose increases and we must scratch.

Very important is for you to be aware that most people know that this will uncover their wrong doing and they will go for the nose with their hand and then just suddenly put their hand back, so you must look for this sign too.

Many people will instead of this, scratch anything on their face to look less suspicious but that is considered sign of lie too :D

- shoulders

Also when you want to find out if someone is lying to you look at their shoulders because when people lie their shoulder moves upward just a bit, so look for that too. :D

- sentences

When people lie they make non regular sentences and wrong word order.

for ex. Did you take my pencil ?
Did I take your pencil !!, no I have not

we see here first that question is repeated, because he needs time to figure out the answer.

Secondly in the real answer we have form " have not "which is not commonly used, people use more often form" haven't"

And Thirdly when someone talks about someone using pronouns he is probably lying LOOK VIDEO UNDER

Smile... fake or real ??

Large group of people do not laugh with real joy and whit real smile, so it is important to know while telling a joke, or talking with someone is he really interested and really happy or he just pretends to be.

It is not too hard to spot it but still it needs some exercise

real smile includes more work of muscles near the eyes and more wrinkles forms around the eyes.
Also try to find micro expression of disgust or contempt to see if someone actually hates you rather than likes to smile with you. Micro expressions will be explained in further posts.

Cultural differences in body language

Every nation and every culture has it's own tradition and customs.

Like that, also in body language every culture has it's specific body movement and gesticulations.

in most countries two fingers would mean number 2, but Germans consider this as a sign of Victory
For Frenchman this would mean peace, but for British people this would mean something very rude

So please be prepared while using these body movements in other countries

   This is not always right

Let us make first cultural differences:
Nodding the head up and down in most societies means "yes"
But in some parts of Yugoslavia, Turkey and Bulgaria in means "no"
This could be some basic cultural difference that you probably did not know.
Also if you want to say "yes" in the Philippines, India or Laos you will toss your head backward.

why is body language interesting to me?

First time I ever came across body language is in series "lie to me" that is explained in the previous post. I like to study people, like to know what they feel, what they think, and I wanted to know that all by just looking at their behavior and their body movement. After some time i started READING books and searching the web about body language.

I started this blog because I have great wish to try to convince others to search and have interest in micro expressions and body language.

body language learning

If you are realy interested in body language and in the ways and paths of the body you must train your eye. Your eye is like a machine, you are learning how to recognise body movement and microexpressions with your eye and to know when is somebody lying to you.

Also very good ways to learn first steps in body language is for you to start watching lie to me tv show. Very interesting and much to learn about microexpressions and body language.
