Cultural differences in body language

Every nation and every culture has it's own tradition and customs.

Like that, also in body language every culture has it's specific body movement and gesticulations.

in most countries two fingers would mean number 2, but Germans consider this as a sign of Victory
For Frenchman this would mean peace, but for British people this would mean something very rude

So please be prepared while using these body movements in other countries

   This is not always right

Let us make first cultural differences:
Nodding the head up and down in most societies means "yes"
But in some parts of Yugoslavia, Turkey and Bulgaria in means "no"
This could be some basic cultural difference that you probably did not know.
Also if you want to say "yes" in the Philippines, India or Laos you will toss your head backward.
